– Matric
– Technical Degree or Certification in diesel mechanics, agricultural mechanics, etc.
– 3+ years’ experience as a Tractor Mechanic
– Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in tractors
– Valid Driver’s license and reliable transport
